Spend an hour each week reconnecting to your body and bonding with your baby through the power of Yoga. Classes focus on areas of the body that hold the most tension when mothering young babies. All babies cry and have needs - here you are able to enjoy some beneficial exercise and meet other moms, while tending to your baby as needed in a relaxed and supportive environment. Bring a yoga mat, water, and anything you need for baby. This class is appropriate for babies age 0 - newly crawling.
Please note: this class is open to all parents and caregivers of babies, regardless of gender.

Kellie Edson is an ICEA certified childbirth educator, lactation educator, counselor, postpartum education and support specialist. She is certified in Body Awareness Birth Yoga and is a Yoga Assistant at Zuda Yoga. She also hosts The Postpartum Podcast and brings to this class her love of yoga and passion for supporting new moms.
